Phebe (Fisher) Wallace land deed to Neill Culbreath - Dec 1807 - Proves Reuben Fisher is her son

PHEBE WALLACE to NEIL CULBREATH/COLBRETH

This indenture made this day of Dec in the year of our Lord 1807 between Neil Colbreth on the one part and Phebe Wallis on the other part Witnesseth that for the value and consideration of one hundred and twenty five dollars to me in hand paid before the consenting and signing hereof by said Neill I do hereby assign all my rights and title of a certain tract or parcel of land lying on the upper side of the road leading to Fayetteville and Little Coharie by estimation one hundred and fifty acres it being in part of my rights of Dower lying within the lines of Reuban Fisher my son which tract or parcel of land I warrant and defend to the said Neill Colbreath his heirs and assigns forever. In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day and date above mentioned.
